You’ve arrived at the Aquaculture Information Exchange, the all-in-one platform for the American Aquaculture community. Whether you’re a longtime AIE member or just signed up, we want to welcome you to AIE 2.0!
This new version of our website is designed to make it as easy as possible for aquaculture professionals and enthusiasts to connect, learn, and discover new opportunities. Below is a quick rundown to help you get oriented, or if you prefer check out this short welcome video from AIE manager Joe Caterine:
Navigating AIE 2.0
Our core features are now under two main hubs, Connect and Learn, making it simple to get around the AIE:
Connect
- Groups: Join communities based on region, species of interest, or key aquaculture topics.
- Network: Search our member directory, send direct messages, and start collaborating.
- Events: Keep an eye on upcoming conferences, workshops, and industry happenings.
Learn
- Webinars: Watch expert presentations by fellow AIE members.
- Courses: Explore our catalog of aquaculture-focused video lessons.
- Resources: Access a growing library of educational materials, research articles, and more.
And don’t forget to explore our dedicated Jobs board for the latest openings in aquaculture.
Curated Content
Our new curated pages highlight the best of what’s on the AIE. No more needless scrolling – these pages showcase our top content, give you categories to browse, and more so you can quickly find what you’re looking for.
Miss the old AIE?
No problem! You can access the old menu on the blue side panel to the left (which you can also retract by clicking the icon at the top left). We’ve also added new menu options to the profile dropdown (top right) for your convenience.
